This policy explains what personal information we collect through onerockgroup.co.uk, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only. Our brands have their own policies: Diverge at shopdiverge.com and Garml's games at garml.com.
Who we are
This website is run by ONEROCK GROUP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (number 17014989). Our registered office is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. We are the controller of the personal information described here and are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), reference ZC257607.

We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking on this website, and we don't load anything from other companies' servers when you visit. See our cookie policy.
We never sell your information, and we don't use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who handle information for us under contract and only on our instructions:
- our hosting provider, which runs the server for this website in the UK;
- Google, which provides our business email (Google Workspace). Google may process data outside the UK; where it does, it uses safeguards approved under UK data protection law, such as the International Data Transfer Addendum.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information;
- restrict how we use it, or object to us using it;
- send it to you or another organisation in a common format (portability).
Email privacy@onerockgroup.co.uk to make a request. It's free, and we'll reply within one month. We may need to confirm who you are first.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Children
This website is for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children through it.

If we change how we use personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
